I have been helping our Planning Board and other towns with fact checking solar developers information they presented to town. Solar Decommissioning Bonds are sorely lacking due to not adding in the disposal and recycling costs to the town. Zero Point Development lied to officials with false quotes on actual costs by claiming no costs to recycle and no hazardous ingredients. Hoping Mass declares a waste ban on panels since many end up in landfills, lead, chromium and PFAS are on these panels! |
