Cape Cod Team
On May 13-14, birding enthusiasts of all ability levels and from all over Massachusetts will celebrate nature by participating in Bird-a-thon, Mass Audubon's largest annual fundraiser and team birding competition.
As always, our region’s teams will compete against other Mass Audubon regional and departmental teams in the statewide birding competition to find the greatest number of species in a single 24-hour period. Just as competitive is the challenge to see which team can raise the most money for local conservation and education initiatives.
For over thirty years, our team has supported the important work of connecting our community to nature.
With money raised through Bird-a-thon, we protect the peace and beauty of our sanctuaries for wildlife and visitors, support high quality educational programming for all ages, and fund conservation projects critical to the protection of our local wildlife. Your support makes such exciting work possible!
