Bird*a*thon 2022! OBSESSION

"(W)arblers have helped me to understand the nature of obsession.'
Victor Emanuel, One More Warbler - A Life with Birds (2017)
Happy Spring to you!
...and thank you for visiting my 2022 Birdathon page.
On May 13 through May 14, teams from all over Massachusetts compete to identify the most species of birds. Bird-a-thon is a reminder of the variety and abundance of wildlife that surrounds us and our responsibility to preserve their habitats.
I've participated in more than a dozen Birdathons for Mass Audubon, and am always excited to give my friends and family the opportunity to help me protect critical habitat. In these troubled times, nature's restorative effect on our spirits is not a luxury: it's an essential.
Team Conservation Science will be tallying up a species count that will make you proud that you gave us a motivating boost!
I personally am hoping for my best fund-raising year ever.
Please join me in supporting this important work by making a donation through my personal fundraising page. Donating thru this website is fast, simple and totally secure. If you would prefer to donate via check, please send the check payable to Mass Audubon with a note saying that it is for my Bird-a-thon efforts to Amanda LaGoy at 208 S Great Road, Lincoln, MA 01773.
Many thanks again for the encouragement you show by joining with my team to help us reach our goal.
Warmest regards and good birding,
-Michael
