It's Bird-a-thon time again and as usual I'm late to get my fundrasising started but this is truly a better late than never scenario. In this time of unprecedented uncertainty, the work we do to protect the nature of Massachusetts and educate and advocate for a better future is of critical importance.
Drumlin Farm not only actively maintains and monitors agarian and shrubland habitats but our educational programs reach thousands of adults, students, and families every year. Experiencing and learning about the world we live in is the first step to caring and developing our individual conservation ethic. The world is a wild and beautiful place and Drumlin Farm is one not so small effort to maintain and understand it. In the midst of your quarantining, take a moment to step outside or even look out your window and allow yourself to be held by the wonder that is the world around you.
The birds and all of us that are committed to protecting and enhancing our wildlife habitats for the future appreciate your generosity.
Thank you, Tia
