I will be participating in Bird-a-thon 2023 with my son Danny for our 7th year in a row.
We’ll be helping to raise crucial funds for Mass Audubon with this birding competition fundraiser. I feel such a sense of pride and responsibility to contribute to the fundraising efforts for this wonderful organization.
In 2022, the North Shore came in first for fundraising - almost 63K. Our team, the Joppa Juncos raised more than $13,000 and we hope surpass this amount this May. All funds raised will go directly to support Joppa Flats and all our beautiful sanctuaries in Essex County.
I've started the fundraising with a $100 donation of my own towards this amazing event.
Thank you in advance for supporting our team and recognizing our fundraising efforts that allow us to protect, conserve, and cherish the nature of Massachusetts.
