Personal Fundraising Page
Nature has been our salvation over this past year. I have paid closer attention to my own neighborhood on my daily walks, which is why I am particularly excited for Bird-a-thon this year. On May 14th and 15th, I will spend 24 hours seeking out every bird species within walking or biking distance of my house. I had 62 species last year and will shoot for 75 this year. The Red-shouldered Hawks nesting at the end of the street will be a good start!
Bird-a-thon is Mass Audubon's largest fundraiser and your contribution helps us carry out our conservation work focused on birds and their habitats. Current projects include saltmarsh restoration to support Saltmarsh Sparrow, international partnerships to protect Roseate Terns, and forest conservation to support Wood Thrush and other species.
Will you consider supporting me and my team with a donation today? The easiest way to make your gift is to donate online through my secure personal fundraising page (link below).
I know that the birds are making each of my days a bit brighter and I hope you're finding the same.
Thank you for considering a gift!
