Mike Baird's Bird-a-thon Fundraising page
On May 15-16, people from all over Massachusetts will focus on nature by participating in Mass Audubon’s annual Bird-a-thon fundraiser.
The centerpiece of Bird-a-thon is a 24-hour birding competition where teams representing different Mass Audubon sanctuaries and programs attempt to identify the most species of birds in a 24-hour period. This year, due to the Coronavirus, instead of being on a team and traveling all over the state, I will be birding with my family locally, choosing locations within walking distance of home to also reduce my carbon footprint!
This is my 15th year raising money for Mass Audubon because I believe in the importance of protecting the nature of Massachusetts for people and wildlife. I support Mass Audubon’s efforts to protect and steward the environment of Massachusetts through conservation, education, and advocacy.
Please join me in supporting this important work by making a donation through my personal fundraising page.
Thank you to all who have donated in the past. Your support has been amazing! I hope you'll consider making a donation again this year.
