What is Bird-a-thon?
Bird-a-thon is Mass Audubon’s largest fundraiser, bringing together supporters from across the state to raise essential funds for nature conservation, education, and advocacy. Since the event began in 1983, thousands of dedicated supporters and team members have raised over $3 million for Mass Audubon, its sanctuaries, and its programs across the state.
About Mass Audubon
Mass Audubon was founded in 1896 by two Boston women who used their voices to stop the slaughter of birds for fashion, and it has remained an independent organization at the forefront of conservation for the last 126 years.
